Corey Anderson is an explosive, hard-hitting left hander. He has the ability to bowl in medium pace. One of the youngest New Zealander to get a contract at 16, a lot is being expected from the all-rounder. He played two U-19 World Cups.
His First-Class debut made was made in 2007 after which he had to wait for a little more time before scoring his maiden hundred in 2012. He hit it hard and big, a 167 against Otago. Success was sure to follow after such a wonderful innings. It got him the recognition and a place in the T20I squad against South Africa. Anderson, had a forgettable start to his international career and had to wait for a year to make his Test debut against Bangladesh in Chittagong.
